We are having our annual homeowners meeting at the Georgetown Library in the Hewlett Room 222 on Wednesday, March 19th, at 7 P.M. Please join us! If you cannot join, please return a signed proxy (PROXY) so we can meet the quorum requirements!

You can find the proxy HERE, please email or mail the signed proxy to us. You can also deliver the proxy to any board member. A meeting agenda will be posted soon. Please continue to check www.gtxhoa.org for updates about our community.

  • Letter to Community 6/21/2013

    Dear Homeowners:

    We recently sent out the 3rd quarter invoices. If you did not receive them please contact us.

    We have also made some additional changes to make our community look better. We hired a new landscaping company and have increased our cutting schedule. We are also looking into perimeter fence improvements along the Inner Loop and 29.

    These changes wouldn’t have been possible a year ago due to our financial situation. The current board has been working diligently to improve our community for nearly 2 years now and is continuing.

    We appreciate your patience and support along the way. If you would like to help in any capacity please contact us.

    Also, our new landscape company, Georgetown Mowing, L.L.C., has offered a special deal for Georgetown Crossing Homeowners. If you would like to have your yard maintained on a regular schedule, they are offering most yards at $35/visit with exception to corner yards. Please contact them for details on your yard. They can be reached at service@georgetownmowing.com or 512-481-2710. If you mention this letter they will give you $5.00 off your first cut.

    We are very pleased with their service and look forward to working with them in the future.

    Please pay the 3rd quarter invoices as soon as possible to avoid late fees. If your account is currently delinquent, please contact us to get on a payment plan that fits your budget.

Here is the Unofficial Meeting Minutes for the February 27th Annual Meeting. The minutes will be voted on at the next Annual Meeting.

The Annual Homeowners Association Meeting is scheduled for 7PM, Wednesday, February 27th, 2013, at the Georgetown Library in the Hewlett Room. Please attend if possible or provide us with a signed proxy so we can have enough people present for a quorum to hold the meeting.   • The board has a scheduled meeting to discuss delinquent accounts and year end information. The meeting is scheduled December 5th, 2012, 7pm, at 1221 Ascot St. Homeowners are welcome to attend; however, it is a board meeting and not intended for homeowner participation.
